there are multiple antennas for the transciever. this is what allows the key to communicate with the vehicle. i dont know where they are located on a mustang, but you statement about "rebuilding" has me tend to think that something is unplugged somewhere. @FordTechOne might have some more insight though

as far as i checked everything is plugged in, I only know the transceiver in the trunk and in the interior under the back seat dash

as far as i checked everything is plugged in, I only know the transceiver in the trunk and in the interior under the back seat dash
you can do a continuity test on the antenna wires to the module. make sure the cable didnt stretch and break. they are small and i have seen wires stretch to where the wire broke but the insulation did not, so it looked perfectly fine. a continuity test will verify that.

also, check the plug itself. even though its plugged in, it might not be making contact. again a continuity test from the antenna to the other side of the connection will tell you

How could, I test that? I have checked the plug before it seems to be fine, any idea how can i check the continuity test?
