How you liking those coopers so far? What psi are you running?
I love the Coopers! They are literally the best tire for the Raptor IMO, unless you are primarily mud. Quiet, they feel so soft compared to the KO2s... I am an absolute hater of the KO2s, I think they are hot garbage. The fact that the Coopers are also a pound or 2 lighter than the KO2s is nice as well. I'm not super strict on the pressures but I try to run 38/34 or so. I use nitrogen (I have a bottle filled with it for shocks, I use it on the tires too) and it seems to keep the pressure much better and keeps the pressure much longer.

Yeah I don't understand guys who get tanks and just use regular air instead of nitrogen? It's just better in every way and you can fill your shocks up. I have a 20lb tank I think, and it's like $25 to swap it out with a full one of nitrogen.

Agreed. Some people just dont want to **** around with stopping at the welding shop. We use linde gas at work so i have a pretty endless supply :)

FYI. I just went to order a set of 315/70/17 KO2’s (Ford Performance version). I happened to check out the 37x12.5 as well. The 37” Ford Performance version is on special at the moment and is $20 cheaper than the 315! I ordered the 37’s…

I've been running CO2 for a decade and a half or so because it was what the "other guys" where running then. Liked it SO much over onboard/portable pumps I even dumped my air compressors at home. Never occurred to me to switch over to nitrogen. Any down sides other than weight? I pay $18-25 for an aluminum 5-10lb bottles that depending on purpose are carried with me mounted in the back of the truck.

I also prefer bottle gas vs air pumps. No wiring no nothing and high speed 3k psi bandwidth =) …Only problem with nitrogen is capacity. Since co2 can be easily compressed into and stored in tank as a liquid, you can have many fill ups on hand vs nitro. Probably 2-4x vs nitrogen. However if you have large temp swings day/night co2 will be annoying because it will be a psi delta of 4 or so psi depending on temp flux. Out in the desert it wont matter much. I personally like nitro because i can set tire pressure or air down and back up and my psi stays stable where i set it regardless of temp for looong periods of time. However an on board 50cf tank of nitro will maybe give 2 fill-ups depending on How much you air down. If you don't do it a lot it wont matter.

Bonus: You can also do
Cool things like make a camping shower with an old corny keg and pressurize it with your tank while over landing :).
