OP sounds like a bit of a doubter. Sames as me. A low mile Raptor? 11 Years old? I have grave doubts about that. Hope OP gets it resolved. Hopefully something simple.

I don't buy used for that very reason. I trust no one, especially car stealers.
Gets his problems straight from the factory for much more $

I kid.

I'm holding a used cellphone, sitting on a used couch, watching a used TV, petting my used doggies, in a used house. Gonna wrench on my used Gen 1, after going to the dealership to pick up a new fitting, in my used ecoboost.

a used couch? One inundated with strangers' gas and p00p and gism juice stains? a used cell phone? One with strangers' face juice/drool embedded in the display? My sympathies. I'd rather do without both. I'll sit on a hard folding chair from Costco, and I'll tap out dots and dashes, thank you very much.

Is your used dog's name Stain? When he's lying on the bed do you call: C-u-m Stain, C-u-m Stain? lol

Can you read?…I said that they told me to have it diagnosed locally. Why would they risk something more catastrophic happening by having me drive it another 3.5 hours back. All options are on the table, I have life and job, can’t afford to burn time right now. I am off on Friday so that might be happening depending on the diagnosis. I am following what the dealer told me to get this solved.
Life and job mucho important and totally understandable. But following what the dealer said to do? I never listened to my mudda. I certainly don't listen to a dealer.

There is "used" and there is "USED"...
I bought a "used" Human Touch Zero Gravity Leather chair that was 6 months old from a super clean house for $2200 ($4900 new) because owner just didnt like it..have also bought used tvs and like new fridges/washers/dryers..great deals out just like in the used car market..be educated in what your buying and buyer beware...

The truck was immaculate. Inside and out, I looked over everything. Completely spotless, tested everything. I would never have imagined this outcome. You never know. Knowing what I know now, when I started walking to the detail bay where it was at, the salesman said, I will bring it around to you. Could be coincidence. This is a high end dealer with low mileage, rare cars. I would like to think they wouldn’t do something like this but I don’t trust anyone. I will say this when I started it before I left, it had been sitting and I saw nothing upon start up. There is no way I wouldn’t have seen it. So I am either the most unlucky guy in the world or they knew and got lucky that it didn’t do it again.

With 3 huskies, a used couch is a good idea. You need to be prepared for the day you walk in the door and the couch is destroyed. I acquired it (along with a refrigerator), from a deadbeat roommate/relative when I threw him out. I highly doubt he was capable of generating ji zz, based on his general sloth.
