Well...as I have said, I dont know Hennessey, never really dealt with them, when I reached out the guy got back to me promptly, he gave me great advice, and was helpful....as I stated before everyone has opinions, they are like asses...some are better than others. Don't get me wrong, I am for or against Hennessey, but I am not going to bad mouth something unless they have personally dont me wrong or treated me unfair. Not going to base my opinion on something I read on the internet. I mean.....everything on the internet must be true right?

I’m sure the person you worked with is gone by now. My nephew bought one of those 6wheel abortions and was having some issues. They wouldn’t even listen until they found out who he is. Anyone who buys a shops products should be treated fairly and equally. Not the case with Hennessey! Avoid them like the corona virus!! Anyone who isn’t in the know should google them, they have the reputation for a reason!!!!!!

Personally, a lot of businesses, whether Hennessey or simply Ford or Toyota or Costco.....a lot have lost the values surrounding customer service. This is probably due to the new generations as well as bad apples on both sides.

There are many threads and posts on this forum with owners of Raptors, that had the Procharger with blown piston heads, cracked heads and gaskets, etc..
And then the Hennessy started using Roush units that burned to the ground.
And not one got help from Hennessy.
Whipple wouldn't sell to them directly because of this issue with them.

It's not a story,
just finding all the posts from 2010 thru 2012 is hard since everyone used a different titles to post their troubles.

No it's Hennessy, and with the right Tune you'll be fine.
Don't get angry with me, I'm trying very hard to steer you in the right direction.

I bought my truck from Champion Ford in Cathy, Texas, they were going to send my truck to Hennessy which is very close to them.
Had the order form for the Procharger and I did my research, only find this forum and one other forum with Raptors that no one uses any more.
And between the forums and the interweb talking about how bad Hennessy was and still is to this date.
I canceled, and glad I did I would have been in that boat with the other poor guys.
I have no problems with Procharger, it's the inherent lag of producing boost, that is problematic for the Raptor platform and it's torque management.

This has nothing to do with Ford. Buying anything used is always a risk, but buying a vehicle equipped with an aftermarket supercharger is a massive risk, especially when the seller/dealer doesn't offer any stated or implied waranty. The 6.2 was never designed for forced induction; it was designed to survive hundreds of thousands of miles/hours in it's factory form in commercial applications (Super Duty).

As far as the Rebel TRX, looks like it will be an exciting product. People who get off on disparaging remarks between GM/Ford/RAM trucks are very narrow minded and narrow sighted; there is a reason all 3 manufacturers dominate the industry and are extremely competitive in retail and commercial sales. In other words...it's not because one has any massive advantage over the other or any of them are bad products.

Meanwhile, the foreign brands - Tundra/Titan - can't even pass a basic American truck durability test; they're trash. Their only purpose is to siphon off sales from people who are biased to foreign brands based on misinformation and/or ignorance. And, sadly, companies like Toyota make a lot of money convincing Americans that they have a "superior" product; it's easy for them to build a pile of shit like the Tundra in Texas with $9 non-union labor, sell it for $50k+, and then make 150% of that profit through currency manipulation. Frankly, it makes me sick. No American should support a company or practices like that.
