Well Mr Know It All MChurch, I already admitted I should have read more about Hennessey. I also bought a used Tacoma last year that turned out to be a ****. Tacomas are generally a great truck. The one I got, that was USED, not so much. Thus I will NEVER buy used again. Has NOTHING to do with Raptor or any vehicle in particular, more so that Ive been burned twice and will never again buy used. But Im sure there is not telling an over opinionated fella like yourself. You can't buy a Powertrain warranty for a supercharged Raptor.
Ford doesn't warranty the Powertrain on a SC Raptor either. Never did and never will.
You can buy a Ford warranty but the Powertrain will be voided when shit hits the fan but other stuff will be ok.

Only "supplemental Powertrain warranties" from Whipple and Roush

If your going to sell it, take the Procharger off.
Take it off regardless, you'll be better off.
Just get a Tune for natural aspirated from JDM or 5 Star.

Unfortunately, you'll probably are going to have to buy a remanufactured long block from Ford.
It's going to be around $10,000 give or take a few $1,000 depending on location.

@MTF I never said ford offered a warranty for a supercharged raptor? I am not sure why you said that? I was saying a NEW vehicle.....ANY new vehicle has a warranty.
Yup if this cannot be repaired, I will have to get a new block. As I said I am selling it, I will probably drive it home and park it. I like a supercharged vehicle....I will either get the TRX next year or supercharge a tundra again. I did contact Hennessey we shall see if they reply.......so far the dealer has played tag with me but doubtful they will help.

I never implied you said that. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

There has been a misconception about the Roush SC Raptor having a full Ford warranty.
I wanted to make it clear.

My 2010 1/2 still has full ESP warranty from Ford till 2022.
Unfortunately Ford won't offer me anymore when it runs out. :-(

@MTF no worries....this whole thing is frustrating. I am a disabled veteran, so income is slightly limited.....I had always wanted one of these trucks....had never ran across bad info on the velociraptor until i bought the truck and joined the forum. Oh well...such as life.....fix and move on

You don't have enough posts yet to post your Raptor up for sale.
Someone might be interested in a Raptor in good shape knowing that the motor needs rebuilding.
You never know, all depends what you would be will to sell it at.

Good Gen 1s are selling better then Gen 2s

Oh I am not going to post it on here.....I will post it on another online avenue...where I have sold many vehicles in the past. I will get this fixed.
Hennessey responded but basically said they could not be of much help because i am not the original owner.
