Crystal,

I figured out PM means private message. I tried to send a PM to the username "crystal@fordservice" and it was returned invalid username. Can you please tell me your username or how to reply a PM to your post. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Hi Sedator13,

I got your PM this morning and sent you a response. I'll be keeping an eye on your case, but continue to keep me updated via PM so I can step in as needed. I'll do all I can to help. :)

Thank you

I want to thank every for their information, support and mostly recommending Crystal. She is actively looking into my situation, which is comforting and also it's nice to find someone who cares and interested in getting this resolved. The local Ford dealership is still slowly dissecting my engine. They have found some abnormalities, but do not know if it is the cause of the missing oil or a result of the missing oil; therefore, requiring further dissecting. If anyone has had any similar issues resulting in engine failure or can think of anything that we may need to look at, I would greatly appreciate the information.
Again, thank you

No good news yet. I have a little more accurate information. My engine actually had 3 quarts of oil in the oil pan when they drained my engine. The engine should normally have 7.2 quarts or so I've been told. My last service was done at 29,452 miles and my Raptor died with 30,112 miles on the odometer. So that is a distance of 660 miles since my last service at a Ford dealership. My local Ford dealership has totally dissected my engine and not been able to find any leaks or evidence the engine burned any oil. Only evidence of oil starvation, which is their term for low oil level, was found after the whole engine was dissected. I am supposed to hear back from Ford Motor Companies Customer Service Manager (CSM) today, but as of Monday the CSM told me that it does not look like Ford will warrenty a new engine. She said she will know for sure after the "Engine Failure Analysis Job Aid" was completed and she had time to review the results.

Ford CSM's are an absolute joke. You need to go higher up the chain in management otherwise you are going to get thrown to the curb.
