New (bad) message from the tracking site.

I made a deal on a 2021 Raptor over a month ago and have been tracking its (lack of) progress using the tracking site. Just now when I tried to track it, I got this message: "We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN."

Anyone else experience anything like this? I put in the same Order # and VIN that I've been using for the past month. Btw, the truck was "Built" on 12/18 and has been waiting for shipment ever since.

My dealer was getting an error on his tracker (vvr?) today. Ford tracker and the order app site are both not working for me either. Seems like something is down on Ford’s end where the data is pulled from.

Ok. I’ve had the site not work from time to time, sometimes for days. But when that happens, the page just refreshes back to a blank search page. This is the first time I’ve seen this message about an invalid VIN/Order#. Just another mystery that goes along with trying to buy a Raptor these days. I guess.

Trust me…this isn’t the first or last time this will happen. Ford’s glitchiness has no end…I feel your pain as this is the second time I’ve gone through this in the past 6 months…

It's normal, I've had this happening with my VIN since last year on and off, sometimes for days, and even while it's in production. Just use a different browser or wait on it to come back up. Edge seems to work the best for me for their tracker.
