Nav-tv problem

Hahaha the nav-tv, yes ;) . Love the product and I see you obviously back it up with great service helping the OP which took the same route to install i will.

With respect to the question about why they are highly respected, I should have been clearer that they have done nav tv but not a nav tv unit on a 2014 raptor. They came recomended by a super high end detailing co which I trust. The installers have been great so far and the co - owner is all over fixing the problem and has been excellent on communication. Soreal sounds in stoneham ma.

Is the super high end detailing shop you're talking about Unique Car Care? If so, I'm friends with Rick, the owner. He's taken care of all of my cars for the past 10 years or so... They're hands down the best! Also, if he recommended a shop then they're good

Yes that is them. Very pleased with the work they did; I will be back. Long story short: a look at the cars they are working on at any one time is quite the sales pitch.

I am super confused about what is going on with this NAV-TV. Glad Noah is so willing to help. Thanks again Noah.

yep. from what it sound like, the unit may be defective. send it back to me and i will get another one for you. i will talk to the shop and have them leave the harness so you dont have to pull the dash apart again. i will also provide you with a return label so there is no extra cost to you.

That makes sense to me. I am no expert but I would be very surprised if these guys did the install wrong. They are closed today and Monday and my truck is in their shop. Does it make sense to just ship another unit tomorrow so it gets here Wed? In the even it turns out the first unit was good and Soreal just messed it up (like I said I am 99.99% positive that is not the case) so long as I can return it I am happy to pay for the shipping both ways. If so let me know if you need a deposit or if we can just settle up after its all done or whatever. Noah thanks again for all your help.
