i have not heard of a nav tv unit damaging a mft system. but anytime you modify the existing oem system, you most likely will void the warranty. however with the new plug and play harness, they will have a very hard time trying to say or prove the nav-tv caused the problem.

also, for anyone who has a previous unit without the plug and play harness, please speak up if you want the new harness.

Is this a simple DIY project? Or need to hire car audio type place? Installation instructions to determine if its something I want to take on myself?
