Showed up at 8, 15 minutes prior to my schedule appointment.

Wanted an oil change, rotate tires, a few tweaks here and there.

2 hours roll by and nothing. Walk around the back and my trucks sitting there.

Talk to the service manager and he has no answers. ********* me with something about them looking at it and it hasn't been in yet... ********.

30 minutes later, still nothing.

I demand a car so I can do shit and they make it happen for $15. Whatever, I'd expect them to take care of it rather than lose a customer, first time might I add.

I ******* hate dealerships. This is why I do my own shit. Just ******* tell me the truth about it, I need real time frames not " a little while". Well shit, a little while could be 2 days for a big job... **** that.

So I have a Ford Mustang for now.

I've never had a good experience from Ford and only one from Audi.

Why the **** does BMW have their shit together.

They better not try **** with me by replacing shit parts and overcharging. I will raise so much hell, y'all in ******* California will feel the heat.

I hear ya, I can't stand it either. For some reason the domestic dealerships always suck at customer service, to get good or acceptable customer service you have buy high end foreign. I get treated like a king when I take the Lexus in, the service is unbelievable, but it should be considering I purchased a $75,000 SUV from them.

I don't even have an interest in another Lexus but I told my other half that when we need another vehicle it will be another Lexus or a another make from a dealership in that group so that we can continue to receive stellar service post purchase.

Best of luck to you on the repairs and rag the shit out of that mustang, find some elevated rail road tracks and get that thing airborne.

Finally got the truck back. Took ******* way too long.

At least it's serviced. Feels good with the tire rotation.

I live just outside of Minneapolis and I've had my share of similarly bad service experiences. I feel very fortunate to have found a Ford dealership-Morries Minnetonka Ford- close by that doesn't,so to say, blow smoke up my tailpipe. Service people are friendly, helpful and honest. I've personally overhead service tech on phone insisting on getting replacement for my defective truck tires. I am no way connected to them, but anyone in my area should give them a try.
