The father of a buddy of mine lives in Dearborn and took these pictures yesterday. Like the previous photos posted, it appears as though every one of these is missing the fender flares. He said there was security everywhere and he was quickly asked to move along after snapping the pictures. He said there had to be 200+ Raptors sitting there. Think about the math... 200 trucks @ a conservative $85K each = $17 million dollars!!! Wow!

Thanks for the pictures! I know we all appreciate any info we can get!
Could have been a bad batch in production from their supplier. It happens to the best of us, and happened to me a few weeks back. Sometimes there's a goof at the plant and you loose entire hours worth of production.

I saw on Instagram that some dealers are asking if the customer wanted to take delivery of their truck with or without the flares. It's a great opportunity for somebody to produce aftermarket fender flares!
I wouldn't think that the dealer could sell the truck without the flares due to the marker lights. I think they're DOT required equipment due to the Raptor's width.

There were 2-3 posts of people taking delivery on FB, of their truck at the dealership and neither of them had fender flares. They sat for a few days until flares came in, sooo it seems like they exist somewhere out there just not currently on our trucks. They must be trickling these things out like a leaky faucet even without being completely built

I read somewhere, maybe on here, that the marker lights in the flares need micro-chips. Not sure if that's true or not? I've also seen pictures of flares with defects, likes cracks in the coating on them. So who knows, could be multiple factors involved. Whatever the case may be, it's frustrating to see this.

That’s likely the explanation. Ford probably investigated multiple reports from already-delivered truck owners about damaged flares and discovered that many or most of the remaining flares sitting at the plant had issues. I wouldn’t be surprised if Ford told the supplier to deliver a new supply asap without the defects.
