Thank you for this picture, great for someone like me who is shopping for a Raptor and had no idea about this.
Edit: Is there anything else to this whole issue besides removing a fuse and adding a relay? Was there any wiring or sort added to this?

Mine looks identical to this. With the different style, 20 amp fuse sticking up in spot 27.I need to do this to my 13’ ASAP. Never really looked into this as I’m not super active on the forum. Just popped the fuse box open and previous owner or someone had stuck a random sized 20a fuse in the #27 slot that’s sticking out taller and awkward compared to the rest.
I bought the kit on amazon. They had it with prime, next day delivery for $25 total which isn’t too bad.

The standard two prong fuse and wiring in slot 27 are the problem. It overheats the fuse and melts the fuse and block. The square part being added to slot 70 is just a different style of fuse. It sends power to the fuel pump relay. You’re only changing the fuse and moving a wire, you are not doing anything with any relays.I'm wondering if that different type fuse, more standard looking with the two prongs coming down helps in any way? I'm not sure of the initial cause, that oddball looking stock fuse or the port itself? If it's that weirdo fuse, it would explain why putting a "regular" one would fix it? I ordered the kit to relocate either way but it's got me thinking now.
