So here is where wire goes on my t-case. My question is that if his t-case operates normally what does this wire go to?
My guess is the synchronization clutch. I bet if he tries shifting into 4 high at highway speeds, the transfer case would not be working any longer. Just my guess.
You may want to make sure all the TRR mud has been washed out under the truck. The stealership is famous for rejecting claims because you use the truck for what it was intended. I asked if it would be covered under warranty and they stated "if we can prove that it was pulled out then it won't be covered." can someone tag ford service on this?
