Looking to buy gen1 raptor

Hi thanks for allowing me on the forum. I have been looking at gen1 Raptors and living in the SW there are a lot to chose from. I do have a question though. I keep running into Gen 1s with this aftermarket console. What is it? Obviously I’d have to replace.

That looks like it is a former Border patrol/ Forestry truck and it would be the console system to hold the radio and lights.

Did they have raptor forestry trucks with all the decals etc? Hmmm
