Problems to expect are cam sensor. Frame issues, and 129000 miles is 129000 miles highway don't mean anything. Ask for receipt for transmission flush and new spark plugs at 100k miles. If he does not have them run away.

This is the first I have heard of a camshaft position sensor issue for 2010s.
