I am looking at a used 2020 Raptor with 38k miles for 62k. Is this a good deal? It is Ford Blue Certified. Any and all help would be appreciated.

I have not seen underneath just yet. Yes they did offer the Carfax, it’s a one owner vehicle. My only concern I have with the Carfax is that there was an accident reported in 2021- says it was damage to the right rear side and that vehicle was drivable and airbags did not deploy.

I was thinking 55k myself; 38k miles are ok, but it’s over 2-3 MY, so 36 is average for a 3 year truck, so mileage is actually a bit high for a ’20.

Worth a test drive.

If it has an accident theyre asking too much, even if its minor. Id use that to negotiate a lower price. Your resell, if you plan to, will take a good hit.

Why is it not Gold Certified? Fwiw i got a 2020 with lower miles around that same price back in july, and now these trucks seem to be sitting longer, imo its a bit high even without the accident.

So I purchased a 2019 in 2021. FP Blue, Recaro interior(blue accent), 802A Lux, technology package, tonneau cover, tri rigid pods in bumper, 19k miles, PPF on hood, fender, mirrors, front tint to match rear, clean zero issue Carfax and Autocheck reports. I paid 63k so you can be the judge of your deal.

Here a 2 main things I was looking at when looking for mine a few months ago and passed on quite a few bc they had these issues.....

-Dirty or leaking valve covers....means they are cracked and leaking oil......bunch I looked at had been leaking/had dirt and grime all over the valve covers. one of the is still lised for sale.....
-dont let the salesman know your coming and go out and cold start it to listen for cam phasers.

EDIT: Just saw you said 2020....dont know if those had the same issues as the 17 & 18s did that i was looking at?

Thank you everyone for your input, I have heard enough to know that it would not be a good buy and to not make the 1.5 hour trip to look at it or test drive.
