I think any of the tuners out there will be able to intelligently answer this question Nick. I am sure they have had to find a way to get all the modded high performance cars out there emission compliant.

Just go to a tuner facility that also does emission checks. Slip the dude a 20.

i would do a $100 inspection as long as i pass at this point. but just going to any tuner facility will not help unless they actually own the rights to tune our trucks and then they need to know how to actually bypass this problem. if 5 star doesnt have a simple solution who has tuned these trucks probably more than anyone i doubt just any tuner shop will be able too....

hoping to talk to mike next week

I was considering the same mod (long tube & true dual), but never got any real definitive answers to the question. The performance difference, in relationship to cost & hassling with inspections, makes it a no brainer for me. I think the manufacturers of the exhaust systems lose out because of the lack of information on the subject. http://www.fordraptorforum.com/f160/texas-exhaust-emissions-requirements-24505/
