Correct, we will be supporting 17 and 18 3.5 trucks with this release.

Can you get a warranty with the tune?

At this time, we do not offer a warranty with the tune, and there are reasons behind this.

#1. Most 3rd party warranty companies are reimbursement based. They cover a finite amount of dollars for a certain component failure. Usually 3500 for an engine, 2500 for a trans, or 1500 for a differential. As most of you know, this is only a small portion of the actual cost to repair. Additionally, it's subject to their conditions. Most people we have talked to with dealings with these types of companies have not been favorable. So we decided not to pursue something at this time with them.

#2. It's usually just marketing. Not to go all Tommy Callahan on it, but typically the best offerings don't need a flashy warranty.

#3. we'd rather people chose us based on history, and feedback/reviews from other people. Not because of something like this. It gives people a false sense of quality. We try to shy away from anything that makes people choose us for any reason beyond that we do a good job, and make a solid product, or tune.

I've had livernois tunes on 2 of my last 3 fords.

I've never had a problem with them.

I'd rather have 50 SAFE Hp for my money than 80-90 questionable HP.

Livernois is never the most aggressive tune, but it is generally the most reliable and drivable tune.

I certainly wouldn't want to be 100 miles from civilization and have an issue with a sketchy tune. BUT, I guess if you're .02 miles from a Starbucks, it is way easier to call for a tow, so the sketchy tune with 40 more HP might not be a big deal.

Is this both engine and transmission tuning or just engine?
