They don't want to fix the passenger airbag and bumper.
I may end up calling Ford customer care to deal with this.

After viewing your thread on the Moroso oil catch can and seeing how meticulous you are, I don't see the dealership making you happy. They did more damage than they fixed, it's sad.:wtf2:

I just came back from the dealership.
I spoke directly with the service manager. He was very respectful and courteous.
He took pictures of the bumper and said he will submit them to Ford. But he is not sure how Ford will handle it.
They may just pound the dent out. The bumper pad is new and if they have to remove it then the clips may break. If they break then the bumper pad would have to be replaced again.
The scratch on the passenger air bag will be touched up. They have a process for it. (?)
The two aluminum trim pieces are already on order.

Now the question is can you legally "refuse" delivery if the vehicle can not or will not be repaired to your satisfaction. Money has changed hands so you for all intense and purpose have a contract but there is no stipulation that the vehicle has to meet your specific expectations. Interesting conundrum to accept or decline and what rights do you have in that paticulaqr state? Interesting situation. A legal battle would cost a fortune but I am not sure what the buyers rights are in your state and how much room you even have to refuse a vehicle not meeting "your" expectations. I would expect there is a reasonable way to solve the situation through an arbortration.

I'll just keep going up the chain of command.
Just one step at a time.
I will find out more information early next week what Ford will do for this fix.
I trust they will step up to the plate and do the right thing.

You have the right attitude. Working in a amicable environment will certainly go much further than being adversarial . I hope the very best for you.

I went to look at a 2014 Raptor that just came in to my dealer today (someone else's order) and the bumper gap was off. The driver's side gap was about 1/2 inch more than the passenger side (distance from the back of the truck). Side-to-side it looked OK.

I was also a little surprised by the color of the SE seats. From the pics I have seen, I thought the leather would be pretty close to the Ruby Red paint color. They did not match very well, the seats were more brick red (like Ford's description).

I wondered if mine was the only one.
Thanks for posting your find on this.

Mine is exactly the same way. Drivers side is further back about 1/2".
The rear bumper is level, side to side is out just a little, but the body shop did not fix this issue where the bumper is actually 1/2" further back on the driver side than the passenger side.

Those pictures look exactly the same as the one I saw. When you talk to Ford tell them to fix this problem in the factory before mine gets built next week. I sure don't want to go through all the trouble that you have.
