Line-X is great as a bed liner but there are some things to consider when using it on more visible parts of your truck.

I fades over time and looks flat, it hold dirt in the uneven surfaces and can be very hard to clean, it's not for everyone and can diminish the resale/trade-in value down the road.

But ultimately it's your truck so do want you think is best.

Anyone line x all the magnetic trim from flares, rear rocker and bumpers?

Local shop says they can do it all - only grill might be tricky - but wanted to see some pictures.

Not sure why Ford went painted magnetic anyway when the vents and some (801) mirrors and door handles are textured black like line x.

I'm in the process of getting the wheel wells and fenders done. The stuff that they use, which is smoother than Line-X bedliner, is Line-X Ultra. Ultra has Less texture and is smoother.

The entire truck is done, but the fenders didn't come out the correct color, so it's getting fixed.

The rear wheel wells were done in black to match the front liners.

Didn't do the bumpers because the plan is to replace them later.

IMO, I wouldn't spray the grill. Even with Ultra, it still has texture to it and I think the texture would ruin the clean grill pattern.

Rather than going with LineX, I would look into a professional shop that sprays Kevlar. Its thinner, stronger and will not fade over time. We have coated a few 17 Raptors already and they look absolutely killer!

Can you post up some pictures, or are the pics online anywhere

I would be worried about the adaptive cruise control still working if the bumper were to be sprayed with anything like this stuff. Of course, you can always relocate the ACC module I suppose if it proved to be problematic.

Good call, had a chance to see the Ultra up close and it's perfect for what I want

Black, smaller textured pretty much a great match for the textured black on the vents

How did your fenders get the wrong color? Just a mispray or sprayed correctly but just looked off? Wondering what I need to watch out for.
