Does the 4" lift kit include mid perch? If not, mid perch the front and put a block in the back for more height. That is, of course, if you're dead set on running the -44 wheels.

This is such a bummer to see, being someone who has always dreamed of owning a raptor it really hurts to see someone ruin when it could go to someone who would use it properly. I have been saving up for a raptor but could only afford a 2010 2wd F-150. Yeah the raptor looks great but if you want a lifted truck for the road you should have gotten an FX4, you could have even added raptor fender flares but to ruin the suspension that SVT has worked on is a shame :(

While I don't agree with what you've done ,but, it's your truck, money and taste. I will try to offer some advise. Have your alignment guy put in as much positive caster as possible. Even though it will be out of spec. This will help push the tire forward in the wheelwell, getting the rear edge of the tire away from the lower back end of the fender. I think most of your problem is wheel width/backspacing.

Sorry to tell you man, but you are probably going to have to trim/hammer the firewall are out of the way.
No hating from me, my Raptor is the shortest truck I've ever had.

offset is killing you big time, would you be opposed to taking the lift off? not sure you would be able to do that if the cross member was hacked up and welding the cut pieces is likely not the safest thing to do. how's the ride quality anyhow?
