While your doing the comparison by access port numbers only to measure performance between the mods. I do find this interesting. And your at the point you have some good performance data to compare to. I’d like to see if those AMS boost tubes show you anything as well. Then add Stg 2 and GT later. Quite interesting. We know a dyno can always show a couple of horses and even dyno’s vary. But your adding butt dyno results too.

I got the F@%$ Garrett installed today. yesterday was crap weather . Pain in the A.S.S . Not a 1 person job but I did it by myself. Instructions did not say you have to cut a half inch off the shutter shroud after removing the flexible shroud . Lucky I had some nibbler pliers and it was easy . After trying to lift it up about 6 times see why it was not fitting my arms were giving out. My 14 tremor was a lot easier when I put a Wagner in . Everything is buttoned up and test drove. There is a difference in the butt dyno it barks tires 1st to 2nd pretty good . And charge air temp considerably cooler when putting some boost to it. Charge Temps drops at moderate boost instead of rising. Also the e blow off valve . Sucker loud when it let's go. Still stage one cobb tune . Going to do a dragy run in the morning . It has to of picked up some hp just in better air flow compared to stock.

You must have been getting more mpg’s last tank for the truck to calculate this fill up to be higher than usual.

When do the refineries switch to winter blend gas? Can’t remember which blend is actually the better summer or winter for power lol
Winter sucks for mileage. So does the colder air. I got 20mpg all highway in July with the cruise set at 75. Today I got 17.5mpg. Same setting.

While we are starting to get some mixed nicer air finally down this way. I think I noticed a drop off in mileage, just from my last fill up. Looks like the winter gas isn’t as good. While this isn’t a MPG thread, I was just relating to what blend of fuel seems to be best for power/efficiency.

The increase to empty is still 30 miles more than I usally get . I'm attributing this now to not using the a/c after I started thinking about it.

Yeah I get it. I can’t speak for how the gas affects power. I’ve always known turbo vehicles to be much better on power in cold weather due to air density and the mileage gets worse at the same time. Whether that’s from the additional power or the crud gas is for more interested people than me to figure out.
