Last Saturday I tried for another 1/4 run. Cooler early morning drove nice and easy to the spot turned traction control off started boosting to 2000 rpm and guess what happened? Long 2wd burnout I forgot to put in 4 hi. I turned around and went to breakfast . Took a few thousand miles off the rear treads . I don't think I done a burnout like that in 15 years. Last time was in my 93 454ss

Ok after figuring how this Dragy thing works. I didn’t bother to air the tires up or get that **** about it. Tires were 38F and 34R. Full Tank of E50.

Goose E50 with Cobb AP Cobb CAI and Whipple CAC.

Very good you can see the difference density altitude made on 2 quarter mile runs. I had to go on you tube to figure out the dragy zero instructions come with it.

I had to do the custom times to get the 50-100 and 60-110.

Dropped another tenth 13.6 this morning . weather about same less humidity. Only changes switch to full synthetic oil and new wheels and tires but heavier than stock. Cobb stage 1 91octane . 180 thermo . BBK throttle body.

Dropped another .10th . 13.55 et Cooler air 1000ft drop in DA, no changes to truck . Hope to do plugs soon . I want to see if that makes a difference.

So fresh plugs and msd coils are worth another .10 of sec et. No other changes . Ran a 13.4 this morning . 4.96 0to60. Around same DA and temp as previous run. Next is Garrett intercooler and ams boost tubes also cobb stage 2. Thanksgiving week and week after I'm on vacation.

Right after I made this pass and going to meet coworkers for breakfast. Kid in civic type r rolls up with loudazz exhaust not new but a few years old. We were rolling up to red light i flipped to 4 auto . Light turns green we both hit it I trounce him to 60. both let out as radar was going off . He must of had a detector to . Cop passes us in other lane . He starts down shifting and reving. I get up next to him . We both hit it from 50 to 90 ish . I slowly pulled him . He was half truck length behind when I let out. Then after breakfast old guy in 96ish firebird ram air wants to play looked stock . So I know those are 14 second cars . Roll up to red light switch to 4a and let him hit it first . I had 3 truck lengths on him by 80mph.
