AZ DMV wins, no "B1K WNR" will be issued. Exhausted all appeals, provided pages upon pages of event history, popular acronym used for the event and Raptor connection to the event. No go.

The more disappointing aspect to this experience is how the DMV never cited in writing the specific objection to the application, never signed any of the form letters with an employee name or job title and there is no method in place for the applicant to appear in person for the review board proceedings. I'm a 30 year gov't employee involved with regulations and the public sector, if we would've used any of these methods, we would have gotten our asses handed to us by the city council and community.

The fun to watch now in our state is AZ driver's licenses are not valid as proper ID to TSA when flying. Those fed's can't tell us how to run the state. Just like the state protecting my fellow citizens from the offensive black wiener license plate haunting the roadways. Moving on, just not worth any more energy.
