Currently fighting AZ DMV. Applied for B1K WNR, deemed offensive by a nameless employee and confirmed by a faceless committee. Unable to get anything in writing other than a stock form letter with no detailed explanation. Waiting results of my formal written appeal. You would think a state in such financial distress would take the $$$ and run.

You just perfectly described every government agency. Good luck with your appeal. Unfortunately, I imagine you are wasting your time.
