On the flange of the header side or the head itself? I got a set of Remflex graphite gaskets to give that a try vs what Kooks supplied and I tried again. You are right, it is when I get on it that I blow them out

I'm referring to the headers not being absolutely flat. The heads are a given that they are flat. Put a straight edge across the headers and see if their is any issue. Also, headers need to be constantly checked for bolt torque especially with the added pressure of the blower.
