there is a unit called "road trip" its a headrest system with 2 10in touch screens, one is a dvd the other is a slave screen. it is a whole headrest replacement. they work great. the problem with the flip down screens is that they block you rear view mirror vision when they are down they are not that bad to install if you know how to take you car apart and do wiring

I've been making several trips back and forth from Phoenix to Los Angeles with my son who just turned 2. Like previously mentioned, try to drive at night when they're sleeping. I bought my son a Samsung Galaxy 5.0 player last Christmas and he loves it. I just loaded it up with educational videos and apps. It keeps him entertained throughout the trip and he's been learning a lot from it as well. It's the perfect size and a lot less expensive than a full size tablet.
