Some people have a dislike for Out-N-Back Trails, either 4x4 or 4xFoot.
I on the other hand love them. If you’re taking the time, to take in your surroundings. You get two different trails. The Trail in and the Trail out. Especially if you are in your Raptor. The out - Trail even though it’s the same, can look totally different…
This is our ride out of Joe’s Canyon…..Enjoy the Ride..

The way out is like the prerun, so that you can let er loose on the return. That’s the way I’ve looked at it. I agree, the views can be diff between out and back.

I keep telling myself I won't be making the trip out west again this year, but I go through your pictures on all your posts and it makes it very difficult to resist the temptation!

I agree totally that out and back trails offer two perspectives of the trail. I hate when I see people out on the trail with headphones on and or a phone stuck to their face missing all the sights, sounds and beauty of nature.
