Guess i should of paid more attention to that email. I've had my JLT for 20k+ Miles and oil changes ever 5k, have yet to accumulate enough oil to pour out. Always just wiped with a towel. Typically not enough to even pool at the bottom. Guess for $6.95 its not a huge loss to upgrade.

Just curious if that will catch more oil.

I emailed Marissa and she told me "Your order is for a bast kit, the base kits will work exactly the way they are as long as you have the oil coming in on the side with the filter. If not you need to turn the separator around, if you have any questions please call." I was kinda bumbed out but whatever. I'll be getting those little filter screens from you guys anyways.
The email had a detailed list of vehicles affected and the 6.2 is one of them. You ordering a base kit is not on the list. A base kit can be set up to use the included filter on the intake side and work great. If you have any questions please call 757 335 1940

With in minutes of us sending the email we got hundreds of responces and phone calls.
Who knows if you hit out spam filter or what, but I'd give [email protected] another chance, who knows.
I got a reply from Marissa saying "Thank you" so I'm assuming it's being taken care of.
Let us know how it works for you

Should have my filter on the way.

I cleaned the reservoir before havoc in the hills and it only has residue from street driving. I still need to check after the havoc run.

Previous run it contained about half an once.
