JLT oil separator

I just ordered this last night and it shipped today, so I am hoping it wil get here in time for the install before I leave for Havoc.

I think the 24 hour round trip highway travel and a buttload of laps around Havoc will be a good indicator of it's usefulness.

I will report back then, with comments and pics.

Edit update; Just got confirmation from UPS that it will be here on Tuesday..So looking good for Project Havoc Catchcan.

Just received and installed mine this afternoon. Perfect timing to test for Havoc trip.

Will pop it open and report back on Monday.

Decided to check mine today ( about 2 and half months of use / less than 2,000 miles ) and had about a double shot worth of oil in mine. I go back and forth between Austin and Dallas. Probably should check mine more often since it was about full in the container.

After I get mine installed, I'm going to run a tank of 93 octane with one ounce of Seafoam per gallon. That ought to clean things up nicely.

So, I am looking at the JLT website and see that they have a 757 area code. Hmmm, that is here. So I look up the address and see that they are only a couple of miles from me. Nice! Looks like I might save on shipping and get the chance swing by.

Be glad to share how it goes. I watched the install video and it looks like cake though.
