dumbàss......Ok I can admit when I'm a total *******, so here goes. The lug to the fuse had walked loose, the way the block is mounted on the back wall you couldn't tell even when I was using the probe to check voltage it didn't move. Soon as I put the allen wrench on it, you could tell. I replaced the fuse anyway but I'm not going to touch anything else for a bit to see if that was the entire issue, I doubt it. Go ahead bust my balls for missing such a stupid little issue, especially after all the other troubleshooting I did, how do you miss the simplest thing.
