Ok I can admit when I'm a total *******, so here goes. The lug to the fuse had walked loose, the way the block is mounted on the back wall you couldn't tell even when I was using the probe to check voltage it didn't move. Soon as I put the allen wrench on it, you could tell. I replaced the fuse anyway but I'm not going to touch anything else for a bit to see if that was the entire issue, I doubt it. Go ahead bust my balls for missing such a stupid little issue, especially after all the other troubleshooting I did, how do you miss the simplest thing.

I didn't see it on your diagram, but make sure the ZEN Power/Ground is connected to the power/ground you ran from the battery, not to any factory connections. Update the ZEN, triple check connections.

yes, i forgot to motioned that, less than 1 ohm of resistance ,or bob from nav tv will not even talk to u, page 1 of the zen manual . sounds good is dead on

What’s a manual lol. Yep, I have another upgrade coming in the next week or so, I’ll knock it out then.
