nice build thread man. Thanks for the details on the fender mods.... the 37's look great. When you had the third tail light off for the antenna install, I was hoping you would have tinted it before you put it back in, lol...

Thanks fort eh kind words Joe

As soon as I get my Retrofits, I'm gonna tint all my rear lights too

Hey Jackrook,

I'm curious how your Nitto's are holding up now that you've got some offroad miles on them? How's the chunking?

I ask because I'm thinking of going to an MT for my next tire. If you had a pick that would be awesome!

Total milage now is 12,5xx

Tires have 10,*** on them

Tires have been rotated every oil change.

Here is a quick shot of the front drivers side tire 37/12.5/70

That's pretty impressive. I think it helps they don't have siping for rocks to get hold and rip chunks out.

I'm pleased with how the wildpeaks do in the desert but I wasn't happy with how they did in the deep snow last weekend. Not really a reason to swap them out but I must admit an MT looks way better haha.

Anyhow, thanks for the info and pics.

Wow... this is the best build thread I've seen Jack. I need to get started on my truck. Your truck is looking pretty bad ass.

I've used them a lot in the soft sand in Ocotillo, varied terrain of Gorman, rocks of Joshua Tree, and the potholes and ruff drive of the Los Angeles streets and freeway. I will only run nitto trail grappler MTs forever. I don't care about MPG or noise. The best tire I've used. And they last.

Great Build

I love it and am going to copy alot of it, when I do I will shout out to you, I did up grade alot for my design just because I run different. Also no offence to LEO in California, I was born and raised in Santa Monica, left, could not carry a gun, but it seemed all the criminals had um, couldn't do this or that to cars, 8.79% State income tax. Lived in Mammoth Lakes, Cal. More cops per mile than any place in the world, the cops want to live there, well there are no criminals now what do we do, o I got it we turn everyone that travels through there a criminal, I got pulled over 6 times in a weekend visiting from Las Vegas, guy sticks his head in the door asks if I have been drinking, no, didnt smell Booze ran back to his car to stop the next guy. Got chased everytime I went there for my Nevada Tint Fookers they catch up an see my Nevada plates I fookin laugh. Come to Nevada we don't put up with any of that bulshit. Sorry to Rant. California, is the most bueatiful place I have ever been still, and I have been everywhere the state just wants money and their Business model can't get it from criminals.
