if you get pulled over for no plates politely tell the officer that ca. state law says that all NEW vehicles are not required for 6 months. this is due to the dmv crap. i am very surprised you got your plates so quickly. i always got my plates about 2-3 months after..... not 1week.......

I know I was surprised too! My wife's dad just bought an F-150 and it took him a good 2 months to get his. I wonder if its because the Raptor is classified as commercial?

i think all trucks are considered commercial in ca. so im not sure what factors are involved
