The unit fits perfectly in the spot between the A-Pillar and where the dash begins to rise above the guages, im going to try to lower it just a bit so that its sitting on the dash later today

Got mine today and I love it. Touchscreen acts weird but I may need to clean it like u did. Can't find a spot that I am 100% happy with yet. Can u take a pic from ur seat like if u were sitting in it driving. I wanna see how urs sits and try that out. Thanks

Yeah I know what you mean about it acting weird, you kinda have to "learn how it likes to be touched" lol... Clean it up, windex it nice and clean, and it should be fine... Gimme a few and I'll get ya a pic!

Edit: BTW, did you upload a tune yet, and if so which one?

o ok i see what i did. yeah that looks better than mine. ill move it tonight. i loaded my 93 performance tune from mike/5star. its a beast. i dynoed it today at KHC on a dyno and it put down 348hp and 386 lbs tq. they said the dyno gives low #'s and to add like 20 hp but to give u an idea. don told me today that the stock rators on their dyno only show about 300-310 hp. so as u can see my gains are pretty big. of course thats CAI, custom cat back, and the tune

Nick so you have about a 15% drive train loss, but almost no loss in Tq. No bad at all...

It's not that its slow to react, you just need to use firm finger presses and make sure the screen is nice and clean and you'll be fine!

Nope, no software or anything, just went to SCT Performance - More Power! Less Fuel! to download the updater and I was good.

I pulled back the door seal from the frame where the dash meets the A-Pillar and was able to slide the cable through the plastic. I can post up a pic if that doesn't make sense.
