There are at least 2 blend doors. I have had to replace both in mine. Thankfully, I had the extended warranty. I would take it to the dealership, just to see what they think. Let them figure it out and give you a cost to repair, then you can decide if this is something you want to tackle. Just my $.02.

That's the plan, going to call them Monday when I'm back on the coast and see what they have to say.

Found out it's this part# 19E616B , part is $50.00 and the labour from Ford is .6 - 1.00 hour to install. Will let you know more when I get the part or take it in.







Should mention this diagram is for raptors with the navigation and climate controls 801 package.
