That I agree on. I have one of these with 440 V8

That commercial was kind of lame, but given the era... I get it. This thread is also kind of lame. Since we have a commercial here I’ll offer this

What's lame about the thread (other than some of the responses)?

I'm genuinely interested to hear what's in the pipeline for F-150 and Raptor, as I will be in the market for another toy in the near term and I'd like to keep the conversation going.

it’s lame because it’s not OG’s talking about Raptor stuff and off road adventures. Oh, and community. That’s what FRF used to be right? That’s the party line anyway.

and come on. Like anyone on FRF is connected with an inside line on what’s going into the ’20 F150. What is this, a crochet club?

I was never an OG and my truck is a mall crawler.

And I don't keep up with the automotive press anywhere near as much as I used to.

If you don't like the thread, then move on.

******* Jennies, man. So salty.

With apologies, I mistyped earlier.

rather than ‘this thread is lame’ I meant to type ‘this thread has become lame’ It’s taken the traditional FRF derailment path, including the inevitable sasquatch77 trolling.

Definitely not moving on though, especially now. Because I’m curious to know what the new model will bring to the table. Also, I hope it doesn’t devolve into a fuel MPG thread. Everybody knows anyone who owns Raptor shouldn’t be concerned about MPG. We’ve been told many times... Oh wait-

Jennifers been complaining about mpg since ... almost day 1 One and ONLY gas mileage thread please

;-)

now, in all seriousness, I expect an interior redesign, got to reach out to the Metro crowd, so probably a bigger infotainment screen coming. People like Jake enjoy that full 12 inches of penetration the Ram provides. I hope they bring in some last drive mode memory / retention. It’s a PITA when I’m in Mall/Sbx mode, turn off the truck while tailgating, pack up, start back up and back in normal mode. Even my 2014 Kawa retains last drive mode settings. different wheels and bigger front brakes would be nice.

If you are dreaming. GMC or Chev drops the info screen to give you a lock box . I think you key in a code. Good place for starbucks gift coupons so they do not get stolen

With Raptor Privilege, all you need to do pull into the drive thru with your Rap for complimentary java, or for primitive starbucks, go inside and identify yourself as a Ford Raptor driver, not some peasant, ewe abusing or bowtie wearing truck. Prepare for prius drivers to flee the line though, they get nervous around Raptors and their owners.

Do you think the next Raptor will adopt the current F-150 styling or get something completely fresh? The current model is pretty much a 15 style wise.
