I'm going to assume this is for a new truck? My hometown dealership has a 22 37PP for $69k
This the route I went. Wanted the 37"s cuz they look bad ass. Found a low miles "22 for the same price and feel I did well. Very happy with the 37 package as you just don't see that many, at least in my area.

I' bought a 2022 801 new. Owned it for 3 weeks, sold it. I now have a 2022 802a. The 37 package is nice. I don't off road, I just like the look of the 37. The reason I got rid of the 801 was because of the seats. I've had a severe back injury and the standard seats hurt me terribly, so I sold the truck. Found an 802a with the Recaro seats and they are a whole new world for me. I've never had an issue with back pain with them. Reason enough for the 802a for me. Good luck my friend. You'll love either one...

I’m in my first Raptor, a 22 37pp. It’s a great truck. The recaros are nice but not a game changer for me. I came from a few lariats before the Raptor.
I like to keep them in warranty so started looking late last year to replace and trying to find that sweet spot to trade. The trade value on the 37 pp wasn’t great, like someone else said I don’t think I saw much extra value vs a similar mileage 35 package. For that reason I’m going with a 25 801 which should be well under msrp when it lands. I’ll replace the ko2s with some other 35s. And the stock rims will be winters or off completely cause I’m not a fan. It will be my first 35 Raptor so I will see how the seats feel, ride is but I’m sure will be fine. If money wasn’t an issue then sure 37 pp but for price difference new and not seeing it back on the trade and for how I drive mine, peaz rap will do this time around

I like the wheels better on the 37 package, but i convinced myself the on road performance (acceleration) and MPG would be better on 35s.

Honestly, the 11k price difference was also a factor.

With a high level of confidence and many years of human consumer experience and sales. You might be the 1-5% that most certainly wants 35 raptor….but you are fringe minority.
I purposefully selected a 35 as well. Need to fit in tight parking garages for work. I could easily afford a 37, but seeing the accelerated depreciation and the extra kinda ridiculous upfront cost of it the 35 was an easy choice. The dramatic majority of Raptors out there are 35s, people chose that by and large for a reason and frankly an intelligent one.
