Always weld all around, otherwise you leave a weak link.

Yeah, 1/2" is about 7000 lbs /inch of weld. Plenty strong.

GREAT LAKES RAPTOR EXCURSIONS

Awesome. I really would have love to have put on the OEM tow hooks but I think the skid would have looked funky with me notching it out..
Almost ready for the snoball, just have to hook up some more lights.
Ambers behind the bumper and 2 KC cubes for hood mounts with amber covers plus my Off Road headlights will be amber.
Can't wait.

I know there are a lot of people that don't like that I closed off the sides but I had to make it more DD worthy.
My inner liners were pushing in at times when I was on the freeway from all the wind rushing in there.
