Nice work Roger!

Thank you!

I live on Grosse Ile. Any chance you're a boater? I don't get up your way very much except for an occasional Jobbie Nooner trip.

Yikes, I was afraid the shipping would be high. I have a friend who also lives here in Michigan who ordered a Dixon Brothers bumper years ago and they actually put it on an Amtrak bus for him. He just had to wait at the bus stop for his passenger... errr... bumper. LOL I don't think this is a very common way to ship these items, but he only had to pay for the bus ticket which I don't even think was $50 back then.

Not a boater unfortunately but that is one place I'd like to go and see. mmm Jobbie Nooner lol heard lots of stories of that place.
Personally I don't see why it would be a problem to ship it that way. hmmm

Nice love it good job. i love the race line the one thing i never liked about the race line was the tiny skid.

Yeah I love how wide this skid is and I had it made extra thick too.
Thanks

Looking good Roger. Really like the mounts you made for D rings. I need to add some to my bumper.

They are the Poison Spyder D-Ring Shackle Tab

It was 32 bucks plus shipping for each.
Not cheap but they are solid.

when I weld I usually weld everything all the way around and I was told to leave the bottom and not weld it. but then all I have is a stick welder.

I welded it all the way around, if I left that un-welded and I tried to pull someone out it would definitely rip it off.
I used a mig to do this, I don't have a Tig welder.
