GREAT LAKES RAPTOR EXCURSIONS

I'm with you, Joe. Most aftermarket bumpers either cover your tow hook location or they don't protect the LCA bolts like the factory skid plate does. It's hard to find something that looks good and protects better than stock, all while giving you better approach angles and a place to attach a recovery strap. Am I asking too much?

Great job Roger, making this Raceline your own. I wish I knew how to weld like you, you've got skillz.

Exactly!

Dear WSI,
I would like a front bumper that protect the LCA bolts like the factory skid plate does... something that looks good and protects better than stock, all while giving you better approach angles and a place to attach a recovery strap.

Oh and a winch mount.

(Sorry for the threadjack Roger)

Well because of the wider skid plate I couldn't use my OEM tow hooks so I welded these tabs for D rings.

Your concept and design is creative and your execution is well done - nice work! Thanks for posting/sharing it with us.

Aww... Why the Made in China :okay2: ?

Otherwise that's Awesome work Man!!!

Sorry but trying to look out for ya man. Down in the Deep South where I often go and near where I live Made in China'll get you short of shot in the eyes of Southerners.

^^I have no idea what this new guy is talking about...:signs8:

Those Kc's look pretty sweet bro. May have to add those to my pending light mod list for research. I like that black bezel.

Bumper is bad ass as well.

He's talking about the Smittybilt winch (aka "Shittybuilt") which is known for its made in China stuff.

Ironman - What part of Michigan is RSI located? I'm in a suburb about 30 minutes south of Detroit. Also, how much did it cost to have the RPG bumper shipped here? Feel free to PM me your response if you'd like.

I'm located in St. Clair Shores, which area you from?
Shipping the bumper I think was around 200-250 I believe.

I live on Grosse Ile. Any chance you're a boater? I don't get up your way very much except for an occasional Jobbie Nooner trip.

Yikes, I was afraid the shipping would be high. I have a friend who also lives here in Michigan who ordered a Dixon Brothers bumper years ago and they actually put it on an Amtrak bus for him. He just had to wait at the bus stop for his passenger... errr... bumper. LOL I don't think this is a very common way to ship these items, but he only had to pay for the bus ticket which I don't even think was $50 back then.
