Interested but still would like price info and what kind of finish will they be, any coatings or anything? How involved would install be? Just unbolt manifold and put these in place or is there gonna be more to it. I know the LT's really suck to install on these trucks

Anyone have a good how to write IP or video on polishing exhaust ports?

The 6.2L is offered in more than just the Raptor. They would be making a 6.2L header for the F150 not just for a Raptor. Probably more Harley F150's out there with 6.2's than Raptors. Would probably also fit the F250's.

BBK makes shorty headers when most companies dont bother. Like on the 5.0 Mustangs. BBK is about the only game in town for equal length shorty that fits in stock location with stock CATS for the new 5.0 stangs.

So does JBA and they wont touch it... SW will be fine unless you want to do the leg work for this... Maybe more than one company in this will get people off their asses... Not talking about you...

hey guys i called jason today at SW just to iron out some details and possibly put my deposit down. just want to let everyone that hasnt gotten all the details know the info for these.

price is between $700-$750.
there will be no coating unless requested for an extra fee.
gains should be between 10-15hp NO tune. should see little more with tune and port polishing.

dont want to step on any toes here, just filling people in on the info i got from SW. this is a great chance to get some headers that besides this group buy may never be made again. i will pass only because i was hoping they would of been cheaper but because so few will be made the cost remains high. stuff like this makes me miss my 6.0 LQ4, longtube headers with coating were $479 shipped... damn raptor tax!!
