I'm sure that driveshaft is fine but I'm partial to the Dynotech. Mine has performed absolutely flawlessly (even at 575 RWHP with heavy tires), and it even survived a really nasty hit caused by a bozo moment from yours truly. I have so much confidence in it I had it repaired instead of replacing it.

Unclear to me if a driveshaft is absolutely necessary, though. I only did mine because of the Whipple (and because I no longer have a speed limiter). I don't really do any ludicrous speeds in the truck but every once in a while it's fun to let it stretch the legs a bit.

What's your suspension set up currently?

What about brakes? That's important.

https://sdhqoffroad.com/products/10-14-ford-raptor-dynotech-aluminum-raptor-driveshaft you mean this one ?
1- Fox 3.0 complete setup adjusted equivalent top perch +
2- Total chaos 1.25 UCA
3- Stock LCA
4- Deaver +2
5- Fuel JM2 +7 offset
6- 1.5 inch spacer Hubcentric
7- S&B air intake
8- Optima battery

I will email them and see what’s the perfect match with 40s .

Also yea the stock brakes can’t handle this much of weight , do you guys know any reputable brands that work with 17 inch wheels ?

PS . I also have 1.5 inch spacers so idk if this works ?

It's just not a reasonable venture top go to 40s, it's a huge expense and mod list - and for what? Bragging rights? Crawling bigger Malls?
Unless you have a specific use, or Black Diamond Trail you want to conquer, spend you money on modding to 37s - much better uses and won't break the bank as much!
