I know Raptors don't have fog lights, but wanted to post anyways for anyone that drives a beater daily or maybe for wife's vehicle (my wife is also running these as well). They makes these for most, if not all, headlight/fog light bulbs sizes. Something different and kind of the best of both worlds having white and yellow light output. They are only COB LEDs, so not necessarily the best LEDs for actual headlights IMO but do make for decent fogs. HIDs are still winning the lumen battle, but LEDs are slowly getting there.

When you first turn them on they're white (5500-6000K I'd guess), but turn them back off and on and they're yellow. You can keep on turning off and on and they'll keep flipping colors.

BTW The 3157's I posted a while back, I ended up getting a set of amber ones for my C5's signals. Very bright and work great. Really digging them.

Bumping this as I’ve just gone down the rabbit hole.

Replaced the turns and markers with Amazon leds. Hyper flash. Ordered plug n play resistors for the fronts and rears. Might as well go all in and see if they work.

Replaced cargos, license plate and puddle. No issues there.

Will update. Hope works. If not just going back to regular bulbs.

Installed the resistor Harnesses in the front today and I bought Diode Dynamics 6000k HIDs. I didn’t install the rear LEDs yet….I have the harnesses I’m just hesitant Bc everything is working at this point. No hyperflash. Before I was having hyper flash of the turn signals only when the headlamps were on. No idea why. But the turn signals work properly.

I put the resistors in the little cut out in the frame and wrapped the end in electrical tape since its not protected really behind the headlight housing. Those little things get HOT.

As for the HIDs, honestly I didn’t do my research and the OEM might be the same temperature color as the 6000k. Still looks good.

Anyways, I will prob do the taillights this weekend. Got the itch and the parts.

Resistor Kit
Reverse and Bed lights
Font Turns (Yellow) and Rear breaks (red)
License Plate replacement housing and bulbs
Side markers

How're the resistors you bought holding up? Did you need the resistors in the rear?

Edit: Looks like hyperflash can be disabled via FORScan which is not only free but highly preferred. When I eventually get around to doing full LED I'll be doing that. Google shows its already been done successfully.

So the front is totally fine. The rear I lost all my lights. Like the lights would not light up when the brake pedal was depressed. So I removed the resistors and went back to the stock bulbs. It was tripping the system somehow.

I’ll sell you the harnesses if you want.

Huh. I'll leave the rear as is and focus on the front lighting for now. Kinda thinking about going to Morimoto tails later.
