In Production / Window Sticker Available

Sometimes you gotta refresh it, my auto start stop removal doesn't show on my phone unless I refresh it like it's saving previous cookies ect.

Thats what I figured... shows In production everywhere now still a blend date of 8/26... another week. Hopefully it can get built and on a rail by the end of next week. I need a truck!

ramp should be where the truck is to go for loading and shipping. Convoy is method of transportation, so if convoy its truck/semi, if its rail its rail obviously. You should be able to track via palsapp.com for jackcooper transport via convoy, just enter your vin at the top right. sometimes its very delayed and wont show movement till its actually delivered.

Bro, you have a wealth of information, appreciate the insight!! Didn't know we could track the shipping process as well. This is almost tracking overload with the Ford tracker, calling FP and now Jack Cooper, yikes but thanks!!

your most welcome i spend to much time focusing on this and info instead of my dealership life so your welcome. but remember, the tracker can be done on the website, FP can be done on website to, and jack cooper....well can be done online to. so you never have to make a phone call, i just keep hitting F5 to refresh and prolly go through 5 keyboards before i get the DANG truck LOL.

normally a week before give or take. so check 7 days prior, and 6 days prior to, one of those should show it. Someone mentioned that it never updated but sometimes once u type in ur vin and order number it may say confirmed but refresh it again and it may show in production/window sticker available. Sometimes your PC/phone remembers the last info on the page and wont refresh, ive noticed that.
