My dealer doesn’t send me sh**. I always have to reach out to him!
I am with you. The Ford tracker shows "built" 9/1, "Shipped" Est. 09 days and "delivery" Est. 9/22/21. Called my dealer to see if they have more of or can get a more specific date when they will see the truck and the response I got is,
"we actually do not get any updates (I wish we did) from the transit company. You will probably know more before we do, I am hoping it will be here within the next few weeks."

So I called Jack Cooper and they were also worthless. They told me my dealer can call and get information from them. I asked what kind of info can my dealer get? He said, "your dealer can get you that information." I said I am not asking for that information. I just want to know what kind of detail you can give them? He again said your dealer can get you that. :banghead:

Original delivery est. was 9/6 today updated to 9/13.

@Hemmy I actually got my sales guy to call a few days ago and they were able to tell him that the truck was in bidding at that point. The guy at JC I talked to told me they can get the dealer connected with the terminal and actually get a real time update from the driver. So, it's probably worth the effort. My sales guy is awesome though it sounds like not everyone is having the same buying experience!

Mine has finally updated to “built and awaiting shipment” status. Went into production 8/17 and showing built as of 9/10.
Dang wonder what took yours so long mine went into production 8/19 but really the 28th is when it started going down the assembly line. Built 9/9 and shipped Friday. I am up in Temple

My guess is the bed liner. However I was also unable to remove auto start/stop, so maybe had to wait on a chip.

Here I still sit…

Started showing “In Production” the night of 8/11, has a ”Blend Date” of 8/19, confirmed by Ford Performance Chat to be built on 8/21, confirmed once again with them on 9/10 as ”Built, but not released by the plant”

Retail order, no liner, no tonneau, really wondering why there has been no movement.

Ditto. Mine was confirmed built 8/20 and I have an eta of 9/22 - 9/28 which has not changed at any point. All my dealer says is that there is no way it is still sitting and it likely never got scanned in the yard for shipping. They say this happens a lot these days which is hard to believe.
