just added it to my account (via the app). It located the truck but doesn’t list anything else besides that.

So the first thing to look for is to see if the sync updated, on a web browser it will give an updated date:


Check to see if the wifi is able to be enabled:


And your build should show instead of an outline:

I'm in the same exact boat. Ordered June 11 and was priority 1, but have been pushed multiple times, with this last time being Sept 21st. We'll see if it sticks like my rep at the dealer "thinks" it will.

Blend 8/26, In production 8/28, Built 8/28 with an I an ETA of 9/6. On 9/6 the ETA went blank, shipped still says est. 7 days. Gave my sales guy the number to Jack Cooper and he called. They said it is in bid for transport right now, so not sure what happened there.
