Has anyone been able to get Rail Car Tracking to work recently?
I used to be able to call CSX and input the rail car information to get a status update 24x7
Now it just says released to customer with an old date.
1-800-235-2352 option 1 then follow the prompts.
My Rail Car # is TTGX 706757

I got access to BNSF and Norfolk Southern rail tracking it shows me when and where is exactly and when it will arrive. Shows me everything like UPS , Waybill, scales, train its on info.

How does one get their rail car #

Simple, ask your Sales Rep. They have access to this info whether your truck is being shipped via rail or convoy. Or...follow instructions in post #5.
