I got access to BNSF and Norfolk Southern rail tracking it shows me when and where is exactly and when it will arrive. Shows me everything like UPS , Waybill, scales, train its on info.

So guys if you have a rail car # from Norfolk Southern Corp here is a# to call
1 888-649-9273. I did find out the the train location at that time and the ETA to the final rail destination.

It’s ETA to destination rail yard. After the car makes it to final rail yard, you’ll want to be on the look out for a status update of RMTY(released empty) which means the railcar was offloaded and your truck is on the ground and available for haul away to the dealer.
