Icon Multi-Rate Rear Leaf Spring Kit

I have a few questions. Did you install these yourself or did you have them installed? Did you change anything else in the rear? Did they remove the block in the rear? Do you still have the extra leaf? What are your current measurements?

Good friend of mine did the install. Simultaneously installed SVC bump stops, Icon leafs, and Camburg stock length shackles. SVC traction bars added two weeks later, didn’t affect the height.

Blocks are sitting in my garage, next to the extra leafs.

Rear asphalt to top of fenderwell is 43.75”.
Front driver asphalt to top of fenderwell is 41.75”.
Front passenger asphalt to top of fenderwell is 41.25”.

Ok, something must be different. I have a 2018 with Eibachs in front and Icon leafs in the rear on option 3. My measurements with less than a qtr tank of gas are left front 41 4/8, right front 41 5/8, left rear 44 1/8, right rear 44 3/8. I would have thought that option 1 would be around 42.5 or less. My truck doesn't feel unstable, so I'm not sure that's because of the height. I want some rake just not as much as I have. I will probably take the extra leaf out this week to get it down some. Also, If I fill it up with gas it lowers the rear about .5 inch. From what I've been reading I think the 2019's might be starting off a little higher than the 17's and 18's.

I took out all my preload from the front. Honestly i dont want much of a lift at all. Just want the adjust ability and remove the floatiness with weight transfer laterally and longitudinally. I have option 2 installed in the rear but i have about 150lbs in the back.
i have stock 35's.

front is 41" from floor to fender.
rear is 43-1/4" floor to fender.

im going to switch it BACK to Option#1. Such a pain in the ass.

Luckily, I went with Option 1 first, although I expected 1" of lift, not the 2" I got. And it hasn't settled after 500+ miles.

Mine doesn't feel unstable at all, but it doesn't have the same cornering balance like it did when stock.

After taking measurements, I think I'm going to lower the rear .75" using Camburg shackles and then raise the front end to match. Net lift should be in the 1" range, which is all I really wanted in the first place.

Make sure the shackles arent overtightened. A little too much torque or a lack of adequate grease on the rear shackles and the suspension travel will feel a tad notchy and unsettled.

Grease on the rear shackle? Where? Inbetween the shackle bushing and the frame mount?
Icon shows 181ft-lb's for the front spring eye to frame and 89ft-lb's for the rear spring eye to shackle and shackle to frame.

Is this correct?

Yes, grease on the shackle. Camburg includes a little packet of grease with their shackles.

Those are the torque specs we used. Always torque to specs, not by feel.

Still waiting on the Icons, April batch were delayed I guess. Got the front Eibach springs and the new Camburg rear shackles sitting in the garage, flu went through the house last week, hoping to get front springs installed this week, waiting on torque multiplier to get in, then a case of beer to get it tested/calibrated.

Finally got the icon rxts where I wanted.. which was the way it was shipped. Option 2 gave me almost 3 full inches of lift over stock with 150lbs of static weight. Too much lift. I had my roof top tent almost 300lbs on top and still had 2.5 inches of lift.

So now as it sits, I have fox 3.0 with all preload removed (1.5" of lift) and option 1 rear springs.
